The Richard Nixon Foundation in Yorba Linda, Calif. is celebrating former First Lady Pat Nixon’s 113th birthday with a day of giving back at the Nixon Library. Every year on her birthday, the foundation hosts the Pat Nixon Day of Service, inviting the public to get involved in these organizations while honoring Nixon’s life of volunteerism. Starting at 10 a.m. local time, attendees will enjoy birthday cake while learning about Nixon’s championed organizations and charities. The day will wrap with a special performance by the Southern California Philharmonic at 7 p.m., which attendees can register for here. Read more
