President and First Lady Observe Dignified Transfer of 6 Service Members Killed in Kuwait
Six soldiers from the 103rd Sustainment Command were brought home after they were killed in action by an Iranian drone strike during ‘Operation Epic Fury.’

President Donald Trump accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump, members of the administration and the families of six service members killed in Kuwait this week observed the arrival of loved ones returning home Saturday in a solemn event at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware.
The military identified the fallen service members killed in an Iranian drone strike on March 1 as U.S. Army Maj. Jeffery R. O’ Brien, 45, 103rd Sustainment Command, from Indianola, lowa; U.S. Army Capt. Cody A. Khork, 35, 103rd Sustainment Command, from Winter Haven, Florida; U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, 54, 103rd Sustainment Command, from Sacramento, California; U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, 39, 103rd Sustainment Command, from White Bear Lake, Minnesota; U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42, from Bellevue, Nebraska; and U.S. Army Sgt. Declan J. Coady, 20, 103rd Sustainment Command, from West Des Moines, lowa.
They are the first military members killed since President Trump ordered the attack on Iran on Feb. 28 alongside Israel, leading to a response by Iran launching missiles and drones in nearby countries. Since the start of the conflict, more than 1,200 people have been killed, according to Reuters, including Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Three Former Presidents, First Ladies Attend Civil Rights Leader Jesse Jackson Tribute

The public tribute in Chicago on Friday to the late civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. honored his influence on politics and his advocacy for LGBTQ rights in the United States. The celebration of life also drew three former American presidents who spoke about Jackson and his legacy. Bill Clinton was accompanied by his wife, Hillary. Barack Obama attended while his wife, former First Lady Michelle Obama, was notably absent. Joe Biden was accompanied by former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. And, former Vice President Kamala Harris also attended and spoke in honor of Jackson.
