Jill Biden: 'Joe Is Ready to Go'

The first lady stops at a Biden Victory Fund event where she spoke to supporters hours before the debate.

First Lady Dr. Jill Biden stopped by a Biden Victory Fund event in Atlanta where she said to the crowd of supporters her husband is ready for the debate.
 
“Joe’s ready to go. He’s prepared. He’s confident,” she said. “You know what a great debater he is.”
 
Jill Biden thanked the crowd of donors for “making the right choice” for democracy and urged them to continue working in the lead up to the November election.
 
“We can't stop now. We can't get complacent,” Jill Biden said. “We’ve got to keep working together, working harder than we've ever worked before.”
